  • Two 45 minute coaching sessions.

  • A customized wellness plan tracker to ensure you’re on track to reach your goals.

  • Individualized nutritional meal plans

  • Supplementation recommendations.

  • Weekly check-ins with a given focus for the week.

  • A copy of my family cookbook to enhance your experience.

  • Monday through Friday email support between sessions (24 hour response).
