The programs are unique and customized to your specific goals and desired focus. As a certified personal trainer and sports performance coach, I will provide you with accessible exercises, training tools and alignment coaching to strengthen both your body and your self-belief. You have to put in the work to see results.
Yoga
Whether you’re interested in 1:1, small group, or hosting an event, I’ve got you covered! Class can take place via zoom, in your backyard, or in your own home. I offer a variety of styles and ensure classes are accessible based on your experience. No previous experience is needed. Get grounded and find clarity of your goals and intentions through movement.
