Personal Training + Sports Performance

My workouts are accessible, effective and can be done on your own or with me 1:1. They include strength training, body weight movements and HIIT. The programs are unique and customized to your specific goals and desired focus. As a certified personal trainer and sports performance coach, I will provide you with accessible exercises, training tools and alignment coaching to strengthen both your body and your self-belief. It takes hard work and determination- you have to put in the work to see results.

Yoga

Whether you’re interested in 1:1, small group, or hosting an event, I’ve got you covered! As a Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour instructor, class can take place via zoom, in your backyard, or in your own home. I offer a variety of styles and ensure classes are accessible based on your experience. No previous experience is needed. Inquire below to learn about yoga class options!

 

Class packages of 5, 10, 20 sessions are available for in person and virtual.

Prices for virtual and in person will differ.
