Hi, I’m Katrina Cicirello Matthews.
I was first introduced to functional medicine at a young age which inspired me to jump start my career in health and fitness. I grew up in a holistic alternative household where balanced nutritious meals and daily supplementation fueled my body.
As a competitive gymnast to a college athlete, I witnessed the positive impact my lifestyle choices had on my body. The early exposure to this lifestyle shaped my life and inspired me to want to share my knowledge and guide others. I have been studying functional medicine, nutrition and integrative physiology since 2010. In 2017, I became a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and continued my education in Hormonal Health.
In addition to coaching, I am a cycle and yoga instructor, an outdoor enthusiast, a lover of home cooking, a dog mama and a traveler.

My Approach
As your coach, I’m here to help you strengthen your body and hold you accountable for making time for your health. As chaotic as life gets, your health and wellbeing is essential. The key to health is not in treating symptoms, but identifying stressors that may be preventing the body from functioning optimally. I help my clients identify stressors and triggers that are having a negative effect on their health, such as: food sensitivities, chemical toxicity, mental, physical, emotional and environmental stress. I empower clients to create a holistic path to lasting lifestyle changes. You will have the opportunity to create a routine, stay motivated and committed, feel physically, mentally and emotionally stronger, broaden clean eating options and learn more about proper alignment when exercising if you include a workout plan in your program.
I will provide you with nutritional recommendations, on-going knowledge, motivation, and/or customized workout programs that are designed to work long-term.
With the help of nutritious food, daily supplements and movement, you can restore and revitalize your health. I support my clients to make step-by-step changes to their lifestyle.
